As of January 1, 2015 Wood Kingdom East is now under new ownership. We are now a Mae Shed and Playground Limited company. We are happy to help assist in any of the former owners warranty issues by working to get the necessary parts and perform the necessary labor for services required. However any items purchased prior to January 1, 2015 are unfortunately not under the standard warranty guidelines.  

For ten years (10) from the original delivery date, to the original owner, at the original delivered to address, Wood Kingdom will provide replacement parts for any wood or vinyl on any set sold by them that is structurally damaged by insects or water rot. This replacement does not include installation or delivery of the part(s). The warranty applies to residential users only. The warranty does not include replacement for checking (cracking) on wood, normal wear and tear, weather exposure, abuse, unauthorized modifications, incorrect customer installation or damage resulting from failure to follow manufacturer’s installation instructions.

In addition, Wood Kingdom will replace any defective plastic slide, swing, rope, trapeze, or accessory for three (3) years from the date of purchase. This does not include color changes, normal wear and tear, surface rust, or abuse or misuse.

It is expressly understood that the replacement warranty as stated herein shall be in lieu of any other warranties written or implied and that the replacement warranty as stated above will be the only remedy including the merchantability and soundness of use. The sole responsibility of the seller shall be its replacement obligation stated within.

For a period of ten years (10) from the original delivery date, to the original owner, at the delivered to address, Wood Kingdom will replace any defective wood siding, trim, vinyl siding, flooring or roofing.  Doors are warrantied from the original delivery date for five years (5). This warranty does not include labor charges, delivery charges or installation charges. In addition this warranty does not include damages from lack of maintenance to shed, abuse, acts of God (i.e. lightening, fallen trees/branches, and wind damage), damages to paint, fading of paint, peeling of paint, etc. It also excludes consequential damages (i.e. sprinkler/ water damage).  Following the 10 year in house warranty, the manufacturer Pro-Rates each year the remainder of the 30 years for the Architectural Roof Shingles. 

In addition, Wood Kingdom will return for a period of one year to re-level any shed that requires it at no charge.

All warranty claims must be accompanied by an Original Bill of Sale. The sole responsibility of the seller shall be the replacement obligation contained herein.
